Cancellation Policy

No-shows will not be accepted. If you are a no-show and you haven't given 24-hours advance notice by text or phone call, you will lose that session and the payment and or deposit for that session. NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING will be given for no-shows without 24-hour advance notice. If 24-hour notice is given, no refunds will be issued but it may be used for the same service session in the future. Please understand that my time is as important as yours.
